We are excited about celebrating our 15th season here at Riverwalk Stadium. This is a place to create memories and celebrate with family and friends. Our suite menu includes delicious options to satisfy fans of all ages, and items exclusive to The Montgomery Biscuits!

Throughout your stay a suite attendant will be checking in with you periodically. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask me, or while in your suite just call the Pantry for assistance at extension 415.

Single servings of beer, wine and mixed drinks can be purchased at the Suite Level Bar. The Suite Level bar is located at the main entrance to the suite level near the elevator and is open to suite level patrons only. Drinks may be charged to the suite under the direction of the suite host. If you require drink wristbands or drink tickets, please let the Suite Coordinator or Manager know in advance.

Cancellation of Orders / Inclement Weather

If you choose to cancel your food order for any reason, the Events Coordinator must receive notification a minimum of 8 hours prior to game time. If you cancel your order, you may still place an order with the suite server when you arrive at the game (see Ordering at the Game).In the event that a game is canceled due to inclement weather prior to gates opening, the suite holder will not be held responsible for food orders. In this situation, you will be contacted by a Montgomery Biscuits representative.

In the event of a rainout, there is no need for a cancellation notice. However, if food and beverages are delivered as scheduled to guests in the suite and the game is cancelled due to weather, the entire order will be charged to the final bill. Guests will have one hour from the time a game is announced as cancelled or postponed to remain in the suite.

Beverage Stocking

To enhance the beverage service in your suite, the suite server will take an inventory of all UNOPENED drinks left in the suite at the conclusion of the event. This inventory list will be used to re-stock your refrigerator on your next scheduled game date. If you wish to change the inventory restock, please notify the Event Coordinator.

In order to provide the freshest food and highest quality of service, all food orders should be placed no later than 2 BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO THE GAME DATE. A limited menu will be available for ordering on the day of game.

Events CoordinatorOur staff is here to make your visit to Riverwalk Stadium not only a memorable sporting event but a fantastic dining experience too! The Events Coordinator can assist you with menu selection and special needs in your suite. If you have a special event or a unique client, the Events Coordinator will make sure the details are handled. For all catering needs, please call the Events Coordinator at 323-2255 ext. 388

PaymentPayment options for all food and beverage orders include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, check or cash. A credit card number, expiration date, and security code will be required at the time the order is placed to guarantee your order. If you choose to provide a different method of payment upon arrival at the game, please notify your suite server. All invoices will be presented to the suite host for payment at the beginning of the 7th inning, unless we are directed otherwise by the suite holder.

Sales Tax & Service ChargeAll sales are subject to applicable sales tax and an 18% service charge. A portion of this service charge goes toward the server’s gratuity, and it is unnecessary and unexpected for you to give an additional tip.
