Project: Organizing a press tour to the factory that producing biological products –
agrarian enterprise "Niva" (Yevpatoriya, Crimea), participation in the development
and fielding of the seminar for professionals of agro-market, consulting, informational
support activities.
Client: the group of companies "Biona", a leading Ukrainian producer of biological
products for agriculture, 2010.
Aims and objectives. To develop and carry out on-site seminar for specialists of
agricultural market for the company agrarian enterprise "Niva". In parallel, to organize
and hold a press tour for journalists for specialized and business media. To provide a
high level of the event and the positive feedback on its completion.
SOLUTION
Solution: A comprehensive program of activities that successfully combines
information, business and entertainment parts was developed.
The main components of the program are:
• Excursion around the enterprise (laboratory, manufacturing, etc.)
• Press-meeting of the plant management for the media
• Seminar for specialists (with the participation of leading scientists of the subject, as
well as practicing farmers).
• Communication during the receptions and banquets
• Excursion to the sights of the city Yevpatoria.
Publicity Creating specialists provide customers with the necessary advices and
supporting of the event - with a trip to the region. The agency took over not only
the development of the program (which was, in particular, worked excursion
routes, timing, design of the conference-halls, the composition of the press
package and much more), but also an invitation to journalists at a press tour
and tracing of publications by the results.
Managers of Publicity Creating prepared speakers, accompanied journalists on
the road, prepared the necessary information for the media, maintained the
press conferences, photo-report, questionnaires of seminar participants and
more.

and has become a place of making new contacts with potential partners.
The press tour was attended by 15 members of the media and specialized
business, both national and regional.
As result of such activities, were released a number of publications in the media,
which contributed to the dissemination of information on advanced
biotechnologies, production of TM BIONA and the benefits of working with this
producer of biological products.
