1 Therefore, I urge you, brothers, inview of God's mercy, to offer your

bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God—this is your

spiritual act of worship. 2 Do notconform any longer to the pattern

of this world, but be transformed bythe renewing of your mind. Then

you will be able to test and approvewhat God's will is—his good,

pleasing and perfect will.

If you played football in high school, chances are you want

to play more. And when you get to Geneva, you’ll have a

opportunity to continue, and to play for a school with a rich

football tradition.

Under head coach Geno DeMarco, we’ve enjoyed

outstanding success, compiling a record of 95-52 during

his tenure… a winning percentage of over 64%. The

Golden Tornadoes take on local and regional Division III

colleges and teams in the Presidents’ Athletic Conference

(PAC). When you put it all together, it’s the best of all

possible worlds for a football player: great competition

under a caring, winning coach… and the opportunity to

extend your career on the field for three or four more years.

MEN’S BASKETBALLCollege basketball started atGeneva. Really.

In 1893, Geneva played the New Brighton YMCA in the first college basketball game onrecord. There were nine playerson each side and there was nodribbling… which made it pretty

difficult to score. Even so,Geneva won the game, 3-0. When you play basketball forGeneva, you’ll join a tradition witha nearly 115-year history. We’vehad All-Americans, 2,000-pointscorers, won championships andgone to the NAIA’s NationalTournament. Now we’re startinga new era in Geneva basketball, playing in the NCAA (Division III)and the Presidents’ AthleticConference (PAC).

WOMEN’S BASKETBALLCoach Ron Galbreath, with over600 wins to his credit, has built aprogram that contends for theleague championship nearlyevery year. In 2007, the GoldenTornadoes made their first-ever

trip to the NAIA Division IInational tourney, finishing with aschool record 24-5 season.

Coach Galbreath, a member ofthe Pennsylvania Sports Hall ofFame, has bigger goals in mind, and with a winning percentage ofmore than 64%, Geneva women’sbasketball is in his very capablehands.

Even though the rules may havechanged since 1893 — and thescores are a lot higher — your25-footer at the buzzer will alwaysprovide timeless excitement! And if that excitement has keptyou in love with basketball, you’ve come to the right place.

At Geneva, that tradition continues unabated, especially sinceTrack & Field Head Coach Bret Otte continues his quest to raisethe bar for Geneva’s track and field program. Over the pastseveral years, Coach Otte has moved the Golden Tornadoesinto new territory, competing each week — and holding theirown against some of the top programs in the country. In fact, teams he’s coached have more than 100 school records in bothindoor and outdoor events, including cross country.

If you’re among those to whom track and field is an abidingpassion, put your talents and heart to work for the GoldenTornadoes. Help us to raise the bar of excellence.

People who’ve never participated in cross country think of it as a long run across a golf course or through a park.

But you know better. You know it’s a sport of training, planning and subtle strategy. We know it, too, thanks to Head Coach Bret Otte. Just as he’s energized the track and field program, Coach Otte has done the same for cross country, as he continues building a powerhouse.

Here’s the perfect program to help you improve your skillswhile you pursue the sport you love under the guidance of aproven winner. It takes a special athlete to run cross country— someone with determination, stamina and patience — andCoach Otte knows how to channel those skills. So run crosscountry at Geneva and get the chance to become a champion.
