SELECTION AND PURCHASING OF CAFFEE AND SYSTEM FOR TRACEABILITY OF THE PRODUCT • ‘Pre -shipment ' validation process of the supply of the raw sample, according to
international standards and specific quality parameters set by the Group. • Introduced procedure to check the conformity of the supply with the approved
standard Computerized management system of traceability batch production and supply.
PRODUCT QUALITY
• Introduction of new origins and quality revision of the current utilised origins and composition of blends with the aim to assure consistency in the production process.
• Study and management of roasting set up to obtain the optimum result according to the blends.
QUALITY ASSURANCE PROCESS • Set up the standards for various parameters (colour, moisture , particle size, etc. ) as
reference for the correct production of each blend. • Control at the end of the production to meet quality standards.
