work, be organized, and stay informed. Changing to a new system is going to

be hard, but that doesnt mean we cant do something great with your hard

work. Over the next 14 weeks all of us will be receive a series of Viewpoint

    THE RESULTS

  • Complete on Time:

Is there a way to get our people to a little bit of training each week leading up to

    THE RESULTS

The challenges only take five minutes to complete. They are a good way to keep

  • THE RESULTS

    Nomination Quotes:

Josef has been leading the charge to raise money for a charity that

helps to find a cure for a disease that effects million of men, women,

    and children each year.

"Dustin has welcomed the role of Viewpoint champion on a complex

corporate project and has been extremely willing to offer guidance to

each member of the team. He has set aside valuable time to assist

each of us, on an individual basis, as to how Viewpoint will benefit in

our respective roles moving forward. With busy schedules and full

work days, it's comforting to know that help is readily available.

Kyle encourages us all to complete our challenges. He's always one

of the first to get his done and then checking to make sure that others

are doing there. As much as anything else, he makes it a challenge

between each of us to match him.

    Encourage peer support:

We cant support 550 people, can we

    get people helping each other?

110 Individuals were nominated 580 times!

20% of participants helped their peers and championed their

    cause.

  • How this is changing the game?

    1. Technology, operations, and learning all collaborated on a single

    change solution

    2. Data was public, instant, and showing progress towards things

    people care about

    3. WIIFM was embedded into every aspect of the solution, not just a

    slide or email
