A truly unique service, we keep your Portfolio updated with the latest information for your horses of interest. The Portfolio is continuously updated and provides you with the most up-to-date information in one convenient location.

The main Portfolio page provides a snap shot of information for each horse. You may input information like purchase date and insured value. The remaining data is continuously updated.

Continuously updated information for broodmares includes: • Mare produce record• Tabulated race records for the mare and each foal • Mare nicking report • Sales records for the mare and each foal Notification of any foal’s:• Race entries • Race results• WorkoutsNotification of extended family members’: • Wins or Places in Black- type races

Each broodmare has a Mare’s Produce Record and Nicking Package download available for an one time charge. This data is continuously updated and includes: Tabulated Race Records, Best Race Class and Auction History for the mare and each of her foals.

By clicking on the Race Earnings link for an individual you will see the Tabulated Race Record with a Blacktype summary.

By clicking on the Sale Price link for an individual you will see the Auction History for all major auctions.

The Nicking Report lists statistics on nicking patterns using her sire’s cross with stallions bred to his daughters. It also gives further breakdowns based on the sires of those stallions and racing class of the mare.

Continuously updated information for horses-in-training includes: • Lifetime past performance race record • Link to a chart of each race Notification of: • Race entries • Race results• Workouts• Sale entries for the portfolio horse or its siblingsNotification of extended family members’: • Wins or Places in Black- type races

A complete Lifetime Past Performance (below) is available as well as workouts history. The Portfolio creates a new past performance line every time the horse starts. You also have links to the charts for every race and videos for most races. The race information is available approximately 30 minutes of the race being official.

Selecting Race Records gives you a Tabulated Race Record with a Blacktype summary.

Selecting the Workouts link allows you to view a horse’s last 10 works.

This is a sample of a pedigree available in the portfolio. There are several report option to chose from. Once you have purchased a report for a horse in the portfolio you get a free update every 90 Days. Once you purchase a Premium Edited Pedigree, for any horse in your portfolio, it becomes a part of your portfolio and can be viewed and printed at any time. The Portfolio Service will then provide Pedigree updates every 90 days at no additional charge. Interim updates are also available at any time.

Retrieve updated information on your horses from the Portfolio Message Center. The Message Center groups all of the messages from results, entries and workouts for each horse in the portfolio in an easy to read message. You can also have these messages delivered to your email, phone, or PDA.

Workout messages: Lists the distance, time, date and track with a link to details, which then summarizes the horse's workouts including rankings.

Entry messages: Lists race number, type, date and track, with links to Summary Entries, Full Entries and Entries w/ Past Performances

Result messages: Lists the order of finish, type of race, date and track, with links to the race chart and video. Detailed past performance information will be a permanent part of the race record for horses in training in your portfolio.

Updated information for stallions in your Portfolio, for his progeny, include:• Notification of race entries and results • Notification of sale entries and results • Notification of workouts• Notification of Live Foal / No Foal information

Upon entering a stallion into the Portfolio you receive notifications of sales entries and results. These notifications may be filtered to suit the data you wish to receive.

Using the Sire Scanning Options you have the opportunity to access additional important data for a small charge. You may select and filter: Progeny Entries, Results, Live Foal/No Foal, or Workout Scanning.
