Private Swim Lesson This is for participants who only want to sign up for a package of five 45 minute private lessons. A private lesson is one instructor with one participant. Please fill out a private lesson request for upon registering for any private lessons. Private lesson request forms should be turned into Maggie Szmurlo @[email protected]. If you have any questions feel free to contact Maggie at 773/326.2920.

Semi-Private Swim Lessons This is for participants who only want to sign up for a package of five 30 minute semi-private lessons. A semi-private lesson is one instructor with two or three participants. Please fill out a private lesson request for upon registering for any private lessons. Personal Training This package includes twelve sessions are 1 hour in length. You will be paired with a trainer whose expertise aligns with your fitness goals. Your personal training package includes a free 30 minute consultation prior to your first session.

Buddy Personal Training The Buddy personal training session is 1 hour in length and is designed for you to pair up with a friend that shares similar fitness goals.

HITT High Intensity Interval Training. Short on time? A form of cardio training that involves cycles of high intensity bursts and low to moderate intensity recovery

Low Impact Whatever your age, exercise should be part of your life. This class will work the entire body. Class will begin with a warm-up, incorporates cardiovascular and muscle toning exercise throughout, and ends with gentle stretching.

Pilates MAT This class will work your entire body with a specific emphasis on your core. Each class will be formatted differently each week with using all types of equipment.

Y Boot Camp This program won’t just help you strengthen, tone, and increase your cardio fitness ? it’ll make you feel fabulous in your skin. Be prepared to sweat and have fun!! schedule varies monthy.

Y Boxing II Increase your speed, agility, and strength and prepare to sweat in this boot camp style interval training boxing class. Hand wraps not required, but highly recommended.

Y Strength Tone your muscles in this energizing class, using body bars, dumbbells, tubing, and non-stop motivation. Work every major muscle group in this effective and challenging class. Designed to meet the needs of all fitness levels.

SilverSneakers Yoga will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.

Adult Basketball League Check out our women’s basketball program. It offers fun ways to stay active and get fit! Sign up individually or host a team in our league! This will be a great opportunity to meet other health-minded individuals in a friendly,non-competitive, quick paced environment. Games are held on Saturdays.

Seido Juku Adult Karate Seido Karate is a traditional Japanese style of karate, formed in 1976 by Kaicho Tadashi Nakamura, and headquartered in New York City. The word Seido means the Sincere Way and Seido Karate is an effective Mind, Body, Spirit practice. The three fundamental principles are: respect, love, and obedience. Mission: Training in Seido Juku Karate develops respect, discipline, self-confidence, ‘non-quitting spirit’, self-defense, fitness and emphasizes the importance of service in one’s community through traditional Japanese karate training. Students develop through a system that promotes self and community development, not emphasizing tournaments and trophies.

Knitting Join our Y Knot Knitters and learn the basic knitting stitches of garter stitch, stockinette stitch, ribbing and more. Learn how to read a pattern, along with the techniques needed to create beautiful hand-made items to enjoy and share. Enjoy this lifelong skill, while socializing with individuals with similar interests. Materials required for first class: One skein of solid, light-colored worsted weight (medium) yarn; one pair, size 8 straight knitting needles, 10” or 14”.

Knitting Workshop Join the Y Knot knitters for some open knitting time where you can learn a new stitch, share tips and ideas, start a new project or show off what you are working on. Enjoy the fellowship of others one stitch at a time!
