Adult (Ages 18+)Beginner Extreme Strength This format is for the beginner exerciser (Health Seeker). Learn how to exercise with resistance training using various weighted equipment.

Boot Camp This class gives you the best of a bootcamp workout. Run through explosive exercise drills, strength and endurance work. You are sure to be challenged!

Fitness Boxing An energetic boxing class that covers weight training, endurance and core conditioning. Come box your way into fitness. No kicking or sparing. Class meets outside the Personal Training studio

HATHA YOGA I This beginner-to-intermediate level yoga class introduces you to a variety of poses. Clear cueing and safe body alignment make this class perfect for the newcomer,while remaining challenging for the seasoned yoga lover.

HATHA LEVEL II Offering a yoga practice basic enough for a beginner,but also for an advanced student who wants a gentler class. Class will incorporate traditional asanas poses that enhance strength,flexibility, balance and relaxation.

Yoga Basics For the beginner to intermediate student, this synchronizes the breath and body for a fluid yet challenging practice. Expect Sun Salutations along with more advanced work to increase strength, endurance and flexibility in the body.

High Intensity Interval Train H.I.I.T Join the newest of trends in the fitness industry. This class offers a high level of intense workouts ... turn up your Fitness!

Muscle Max Just for men, this strength training class is designed using a combination of free weights and body weight to increase overall strength. (Women are welcome too!)

Pilates This is a body conditioning mat based class. The Pilates method is a series of movements that aim to make people more aware of their bodies. Pilates focuses on the rhythm of the exercise to stretch and strengthen muscles. The primary conditioning focus of Pilates is on the deep core muscles and muscles that stabilize the pelvis, spine and trunk.

Power Pass - The power pass allows you to attend any fitness classes of your choice during the session for only one rate. The power pass gives you access to all our paid fitness classes which offer you a varied and well balanced workout.

TBIC The Best In Cardio This class offers complete cardio endurance training using circuits, relays and timed miles. This class is measured by progression and calorie burn.

TRX TRX suspension training is the new revolution in bodyweight training! Originally designed to keep Navy Seals in top condition TRX is a new way to workout for all fitness levels. The workout builds body power, strength, flexibility and core at the same time. Quick transitions keep your heart rate going to burn calories.

Extreme Fitness (X2) Take the next step! This progression class will emphasize base training, cardiovascular conditioning and strength training techniques.
