HoW MucH control Do i HaVe? Total control. Everything from how and when we answer your calls to how we manage your messages.

HoW Do i KnoW iF You are MissinG MY calls? You will have access (via a password that only you know) to a web control panel which details your call information: call date, time, duration and caller name Through your control panel, you can designate for calls to forward to your cell phone, block callers, even check voicemail..

HoW Do i cancel? Cancel any time by dropping us a note or email at least 7 days before the end of the month.

HoW MucH is lonG Distance? Unlimited local and long distance calling are included in all of our service plans.

HoW Does BillinG WorK? Our billing cycle begins on the 1st of every month. Partial months are prorated according to start date. Your invoice for the next month’s service will arrive 5-7 business days before the end of the month. If you enroll in AutoPay, you will be reminded of your automatic withdrawal 1-2 business days before the end of the month. AutoPay clients enjoy a 10% discount.
