The 2015 Barrique Chardonnay is a luminous, golden green color. The nose is reminiscent of pastry crust, macadamia nuts, pear and orange blossoms. The palate is rich and zesty with lively acidity. Concentrated Flavors of lemon cream, yellow plumand a touch of salinity deliver a long, mouthwatering finish.

VINEYARDS The 2015 Barrique Chardonnay is sourced from three of Sonoma County's most prestigious growing regions; the RussianRiver Valley, Alexander Valley and Sonoma Valley. These AVAs reflect a variety of microclimates and soil composition, providing a diverse selection of blending components for the winemaker.

VINTAGEThe 2015 vintage offered excellent growing conditions. A mild winter and spring compounded with almost no raincontributed to early ripening, low to moderate yields and highly concentrated grapes resulting in exceptional quality. 2015 isone of the earliest vintages we’ve seen in over a decade, but it will also go down as one of the best.

FERMENTATION The grapes were whole-cluster pressed to tank and cold settled overnight, then racked off heavy solids to barrels. We try toretain the perfect balance of solids for palate weight and complexity. The juice was fermented with indigenous yeast todryness. Malolactic fermentation was long and cool, also using indigenous flora.

Vina Robles, Cabernet Sauvignon (2013)Type Wine - Still - RedRegion California, United StatesGrape Cabernet SauvignonSize 750 mL × 12SKU Vina Robles Cabernet Sauv 13Distributor Lanterna Distributors

The fruit for our 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon was selected from three of our estate vineyards in Paso Robles. It was handpickedand sorted in the early morning to ensure quality and uniformity of ripeness. Afterwards, the fruit was destemmed andgently crushed into temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. Pump-overs took place regularly to enhance color and helpextract tannins from the skin. After pressing, the wine was racked into barrels to complete malolactic fermentation. Whilethe majority of wine was aged in French oak, we also used some American and Hungarian oak barrels for added nuances andcomplexity. After 8 months of aging and extensive blending trials, some Petit Verdot was added to enhance the wine’sstructure and Tannat to add fleshiness. The final blend was then aged for an additional 12 months in barrels to fully integratebefore bottling.

Bright cranberry in color, the nose is fragrant with red cherries, beechwood and bramble fruit. The palate is bright andfresh.

VineyardsThis wine is sourced from three vineyards, two which are located on the north extremity of the Russian River Valley, thewarmer end of the valley, that results in a lush style of wine. In an area devoted primarily to Zinfandel, these rare PinotVineyards are highly sought after for their ripe, dark fruit and deep color. The third vineyard is owned by the Sangiacomofamily and is located in the historic Sonoma Carneros AVA, a cooler region that delivers bright acidity and earthiness.

VintageThe 2013 growing season offered growing conditions that were as close to perfect as they come. Early winter rains werefollowed by a warm, dry spring, resulting in an early growing season that saw no frost. Summer was warm, but without theusual heat spikes to shut the vines down or produce sunburn. Ripening occurred earlier than usual, and was very even. Thewines are bright, energetic, with beautiful aromatics and full of complexity.

Fermentation70% of the fruit was destemmed and moved by gravity to open-top fermenters. The remaining 30% was left whole clusterand added to the top of the destemmed fruit. The tank was chilled to 50F for a nice long cold soak to increase enzymatic
