WACKER produces HDK® at Burg-hausen and Nünchritz in Germany as well as at Zhangjiagang in China. HDK® production at our site in Charleston (Tennessee, USA) is scheduled to begin in 2019. This will ensure a steady supply of pyrogenic silica to our customers worldwide.

WACKER uses the same processes and technology in all of our production plants in order to provide consistent and extremely high-quality HDK® on a global scale. There is one uniform global set of quality and packaging requirements per HDK® grade, and every HDK® product is continually monitored and tested.
