the usability of the products. Buyers prefer in a
popular style. They have heaps of selections.

choices to select their supplier, therefore the
supplier power is low, it is a global and local
subcontractor industry, the competition is exist
in the suppliers market, then wide array of

develop a product, the development cost is

High The rivalry among existing competitors’ power is
high because there are pretty heavy
competitions exist and the whole industry is
about innovation and development. The

Our products are common apps just like google map or other applications. It supports most
of mobile communication systems (ISO for iPhone, Android, Windows, blackberry and so
on). Our apps be simple and humanized design, which assists all age groups understood how
to use it as quickly as possible. Once people get use to use it, whether they travelling or
going to a unfamiliar place, they will really like to use our product to help themselves to
make simple things easy because our apps just design for feelings, convenience things ramps
up your sense of well-being.

Suppliers:
1. Local infrastructure, restaurants can provide menu, cinema can provide on
showing movies, clubs can provides what show is on that night. Local travel agency,
they will provide the information about local scenic spot and entrance tickets of
those landmarks.
2. GPS map company, we need them to support our products infrastructure. Because
our products is kind of navigation for people who is unfamiliar with a new place, so
this supplier is pretty important to us.

1. Bank, once our customer want to make an online purchase, we need a payment
system such as PayPal. We need to corporate with them to finish our payment.
2. Transportation, we need corporate with them because we want to make each
process more efficiency, we need public traffic like taxi, bus, coach, yacht to support
our products.
