Types Of Login

The designed software has the following login types and here we will be dealing with School Login and its functionalities. Clicking on SCHOOL LOGIN will direct the User to Login Page of School Admin Panel

User Need to enter correct User id & Password for login. User Id will be always School Code
Changing of Initial Password During First Login

User when logs in with the supplied credential for the first time, be directed to the page below for Changing of the Password

After successful changing of Password the User will be directed to the School Admin Login
The School Admin Menu contains the under mentioned items as shown on the Left Side & each of this will be discussed in details
School Admin Menu – My School

Clicking on My School, will take the User to this Page with under mentioned information pre-populated Code : Will be defined by SEBA and will be informed to School School Name School Type School Category Is Centre State District Country The fields Code, School Type & School category will not be allowed to be edited by school. Edit of Schools for all other fields will be open during Registration process.

Clicking on Registration Menu the under mentioned Sub menus Appears
From Listing Page Different Search options are available as shown under search Application. Under Action Option of List – View ; Print & Edit will be Available

Clicking “New Application” Button on Received Application Page will take the User to Registration Form Application Entry Screen. System offers option for “Saving” and as well as “Submitting” The application can be “Edited” from School Login till the Registration Window is open and Payment for the application is not made. Any correction required in Application after payment will have to be done through SEBA login.

If the Candidate is physically handicapped then information within the Blue Box is mandatory.
Clicking of the Button, within Brown Box of Received Application List page, will export the List of Received Application to Excel.

Clicking of the Button, within Brown Box of Received Application List page, the user can View the Application & if required make the Application Inactive and hence the same will not be considered for Registration Number Generation

To Process Payment Click on the Button under Brown Box. Click on “Received Application”
Very Important Points For Making Payment are mentioned Chronologically 1. Under Registration Menu Click on “Received Application” 2. This will take you to the Listing Page 3. In “Search Application” section of Listing Page, to make payment,
select “Submitted” as ‘Yes’ and “Registration Fees Paid” as ‘Not
Paid’ as demarcated in the Brown Box 4. After the third step, click the button “Search” the listing page will show up all the students for whom payment can be taken as shown in next page

5. The button “Proceed For Payment” will be enabled. 6. The selection of Students for Payment is to be done. To select all the Students, click the “Check Box” under Blue Box. To Selectively Select the Students, click the Check Box for the Students you want to Select as shown in Orange Box
To Proceed for Payment Step 1: Choose Submitted as 'Yes' and Registration fee paid as 'Not Paid' and then click on Search button on the above section. Step 2: Select students from the list in the below section. Step 3: Click on Proceed for Payment

7. Once the Student are selected for payment as mentioned in Point # 6, the button “Proceed For Payment” under Brown Box will have to be clicked. 8. After pressing the button “Proceed For Payment” the User will betaken to the screen below, where it will show the number of Student Selected and the total amount to be paid, the page below will also give information of the SBI payment site and the instruction related to payment through SBI Challan. 9. To make the Payment, press the button “ Make Payment”.

10. Pressing on “Make Payment” would take the user to SBI site for making the actual payment, SBI payment site screen is shown below. 11. SBI offers the following Payment Options
Net Banking Through SBI Through Other Bank
Card Payments Through SBI Debit Card Through Other bank Debit Card Through Credit Card Other Payment Mode Through Generating Challan

12. Receiving Response with Payment Status Net Banking The Response will be available within TWO HOURS of the transaction. The Response will be either ‘Success’ or ‘Failure’ Card Payments The Response will be available within TWO HOURS of the transaction. The Response will be either ‘Success’ or ‘Failure’ Other Payment Mode If Payment is made through this mode, the CHALLAN will be generated at SBI site. The link for downloading the CHALLAN will be available for 60 seconds in SBI site, clicking on the link the CHALLAN can be Down Loaded. At this position the Status of the Payment in the system will be ‘Pending’ For CHALLAN the status will remain ‘Pending’ till the payment is made to Bank. Once the payment is made the Payment Status in the system will be changed to ‘Success’ or ‘Failure’ and this response will be obtained within TWO HOURS of the Payment.

13. Incase the CHALLAN could not be down loaded, in such scenario go to “Received Payments” Under Payment in the Left Panel as shown under Blue Box 14. Clicking on the Link within Brown Box will take the user to SBI site for Re- Downloading the generated Challan

15. Clicking on the Link https://merchant.onlinesbi.com/mopsprelogin/mopsremittanceform.htm take the user to SBI site for Re- Downloading the generated Challan
16. The User will have to enter the Instrument Number Starting with ‘CP’ and ‘Date of Birth’ or ‘Mobile No’ to view & re-download of the Challan of the Specific Payment

17. Form 50 can be Generated and Print from “Received Payment” section for all Successful Payments. Following Steps to be followed to Generate Form 50 1. Select Status As “Success” in the Search Panel and Press “Search”, the following Screen will appear 2. Click ‘Generate Form 50’ to generate and print Form 50
