INTRODUCTION
.
All praise is due to Almighty Allah, Peace and Blessings
upon our Noble Master Nabi Muammad The purpose
of this booklet is to highlight the great disservice some
Muslim organisations and associations have done to the
Deen of Allah Ta‘ala.
These organisations have watered down important
injunctions of the pristine Deen of Allah Ta‘ala and we
have sound evidence to show that in the process they
have committed Istikhfaaf (taken certain order of the
Shari’ah as insignificant).
Actions such as these fall under the ambit of this verse of
the Glorious Qur’n in Surah l-e-Imrn, Verse 187:

““And remember (when) Allah took a covenant from the
People of the Book, to make it known and clear to
mankind, and not to hide it; but they threw it away
behind their backs and purchased with it some miserable
gain! And vile was the bargain they made”!”
This verse was revealed regarding the evil scholars from
the people of the Book (Jews and Christians) who
withheld the true Message of Allah Ta‘ala and changed
HIS commandments to suit people’s wishes and popular
opinion - and this for a meagre worldly gain!

May Allah’s Mercy perpetually cascade down upon our
Beloved Nabi Muammad , his noble family and his
august companions for eternity.
It is an indisputable fact that this Ummah of our
cherished Nabi Muhammed is undergoing an
unparalleled and colossal crisis. This is mostly a crisis of
Knowledge.

Speculation, conjecture and guesswork leads to the
obfuscation of the Truth.
An example of such corruption of truth is evident in the
following statement:

On the specific issue of naming and exposing the one who
misguides others, Imaam Abu Hanifah (Rahmatullah
alayh) said to his Student, Imaam Abu Yusuf
(Rahmatullah alayh):
“When you are aware of the evil of a person, then do not
speak/mention this about him, but search for goodness
from him, and speak about it, except in the matter of
Deen. If you are aware of it (evil) in his Deen then mention

him to the people, so that they do not follow him and so
that they stay away from him.
Rasulullah said:
‘Mention the faajir with that in which he indulges, so
that the people stay away from him even if he is a man of
status and position.’
And the person in whom you see corruption of the Deen,
mention that (to the people) and do not be concerned about
his status, for verily, Allah Ta’ala is your Aid, and your
Helper.” (Wasay Imaam A’zam, p. 25)
Furthermore, there are ‘Ulama who may have unwittingly
adopted or supported certain views which, in hindsight,
they may modify and alter after reading this Kitab.
As for those who knowingly follow such misguidance, no
force of persuasion can alter the path of such a hopelessly

self-sabotaging his Imaan.
For such people, there can only be but one du’á:
‘O Allah guide them, for they “do not know”

singing, dancing, wasting of time, squandering of wealth,
abandoning Salaah in the Masjid, neglecting the family,
forgetting Allah, The Most High, and forgetting about
Maut (death).

Question: Some people are of the view that it is not a
Sunnah to sit and eat on the floor. Please comment on
this with the necessary references.
Answer: Hadhrat A’isha Radiallahu Anha says that the
Messenger of Allah never ate while reclining and would
say:
““I eat as a slave eats and I sit as a slave sits.” The Hadith
continuous with: “I am a slave of Allah. Pride does not
suit a man. And I eat with humility and humbleness.
(Mishkaat)
removing the shoes and sitting and eating with
humbleness and humility on the floor.
Rasulullah Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam sat on the floor
his entire life and humbly ate his meagre meals.
And in Rasullullah Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam, do the
true lovers find an excellent example.

Once Rasulullah said that a time will dawn
when Muslims will follow the Jews and the Christians metre
by metre, centimetre by centimetre, right “into the lizard’s
home”.
In other words, the emulation of the Kuffaar by Muslims will
take place gradually until it is eventually total. In other words,
every evil and filth of the Yahood and Nasaara will slowly and
surely be regarded as honourable and progressive. We are
today living in that predicted age.

Allah Ta’ala, addressing the household of the Nabi , says:
And remain in your homes, and do not come out and make an
exhibition of yourselves like (the women) of the period of
jaahiliyyah (ignorance) would exhibit (themselves)

The ‘ulema should be encouraging our sisters to emulate the
Prophet’s family, not march around the streets honouring a
kuffar “holiday”!

will have to bear sins equivalent to all those who had
followed him (by committing the sin) until the Day of
Qiyaamah without their sins being decreased in the least”

Says Ml Bham: “And we shall endeavor to uphold the
Shari’ah…”
“Apart from the [lack of] modesty of dress, the campus
environment encourages a manner of behaviour that is
completely devoid of any sense of modesty.
Students tend to behave very flirtatiously with all members of
the opposite sex, irrespective of whether it is done with
romantic intentions or not.”
“One such area is that of Muslim student organisations that
claim to represent the interests of Muslim students on campus.
While the intention is noble, we find that the method is often
riddled with flaws. There is open intermingling and flirting
between members of the opposite sex to the extent that

And in there, Moulana says he went to Kabul where there
was a great influence of communism. He went to the
university to speak to the female lecturers about their
doubts about Islam.”

Prophet of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam). He gave
me one and said: “Divide it into two (pieces); cut one of
the pieces into an upper garment and give the other to
your wife for a veil.”
Then when I turned away, he said:
“And order your wife to wear a garment below it and not
to reveal her figure”. [Abu Dawud]
Yahya related to me from Malik from Hisham ibn Urwa
that Fatima bint al-Mundhir said:
“We used to veil our faces when we were in ihram in the
company of Asma bint Abi Bakr as-Siddiq.”
[Al Muwatta by Imam Maalik book 20, Hadith 16]

his finger on one of the most contentious issues in the
north by questioning the absence of women.
Qardawi pointed out that he could not complete his talk

had hung (on the door of my apartment) a thin curtain
having pictures on it. The colour of his face underwent a

then said:

Mufti Mahmd says:
A person sought permission to take a photograph of me (Mufti
Mahmood). I did not permit him and told him that photography
is impermissible. This person responded saying:
Person: The impermissibility is with regards to idols.
Mufti Sahib: Hadhrat `Aaisha (Radiallahu Anha) had hung a
curtain with pictures on it in her apartment. On seeing it, Nabi
tore it and said that the people to be inflicted
with the worst punishment will be those who draw pictures.
(Bukhaari Shareef, Vol 2, Pg. 880) In this incident, there were
no idols, yet Nabi tore the curtain with pictures and expressed
his displeasure.

Person: This (digital picture) is only a reflection, similar to a
person’s image reflected on water. One does not play any role
in it.
Mufti Sahib: Man does play a role in it, for the simple reason,
that the camera does not capture the picture out of its own
accord. The entire process is commenced by man’s action.
Then man also completes the developing of the photo as well.

And yet, ML BHAM etc. keep on insisting that they are
on the same path as our pious predecessors.
Hazrat Moulana Husain Ahmad Madani:
“I never ever had my photo taken knowingly and
voluntarily. That takes place when I am unaware, and I
do not consider it permissible.
Those who do that [i.e. take other peoples’ pictures]
are responsible for their actions.”

and for all. I make Istighfaar for whatever transpired until

From now no one should come to my office and say I want to
take a photo with you. If anyone does so and I decline, he
shouldn't feel bad.”

making videos has nothing to do with us, we disassociate from

I cannot express adequately my, happiness, joy and peace of
mind at having heard this public statement of Haq from
Hadhrat Maulana Muhammad Haneef.
It is difficult to give this public statement the due appreciation
it deserves. This is the heartfelt cry of every passionate person.
This was passionate cry raised by Hadhrat Maulana
Saleemullah Khan Rahmatullah Alayh at the end of his life.
The two major Darul Ulooms of the country, Jaamia Uloome
Islaamia Binnori Town and Jaamia Farooqi Karachi previous

makers don't think that some people are sick whilst others are
ill. They haven't even left the dead alone.

quest for more likes on their Facebook pages and views on

This clarification has been necessitated due to the vast number
of queries received over recent days, regarding the last two
statements issued by UUCSA.
Over two decades ago, certain Ulama bodies in South Africa
felt the need for mutual co-operation on matters of common
interest. Thus, UUCSA was formed as an umbrella body,
which currently has 9 affiliates. The aim has been to work
together on specific affairs and matters, most commonly on a
national level.
