Kidsa Øvsttun – Innovasjon

• Utgangspunkt:

• Synet på barn, lek og læring varierer sterkt mellom ulike land i Europa

• Samarbeid mellom barnehager og hjem er avgjørende for barns trivsel,

• Å utvikle en veileder som skal hjelpe barnehagelærere til å forstå og

snakke med de foresatte i ulike familiesituasjoner og med variert

kulturbakgrunn

• En skriftlig veileder og et opplæringsprogram.

• Ca 200 barnehagelærere i de 5 partnerlandene har fått opplæring

• HVL har brukt resultatene i barnehagelærerutdanningen

• Tilskudd blir beregnet ut ifra antall måneder x sats (500 EUR koordinator, 250

partnere)

• Kostnader som er tilknyttet drift og løpende utgifter (brosjyrer, nettside osv)

Transnational project meetings (TPM)

• Sats per deltaker som inkluderer reise og opphold.

• Tilreisende mellom 100 og 1999KM har EUR 575 i sats, 2000KM og oppover

har EUR 760.

• Deltakere som arrangerer TPM får ikke selv støtte

• Møte må bli holdt i et partnerland eventuelt i en by med EU sete (Brussel,

Strasbourg, Frankfurt, Luxemburg)

• Dersom TPM kombineres med en Learning, teaching, training activity (LTTA) der

en person deltar på begge, dekkes reisen allerede under TPM.

Intellectual outputs

• Lønnskategori beregnes ut ifra rollen prosjektdeltakerne har i Intellectual output,

og ikke faktisk stillingstittel.

• Lønnskategorier: Managers, administrative staff, teacher/staff og

technicians.

• Hver IO skal kunne vise til et håndfast resultat som må lastes opp i Erasmus+

project result database.

• IO skal ha verdifull innhold i både kvalitet og kvantitet

• Personer under IO må ha en formell tilknytning. Ha en god forståelse på hva

som ligger under IO og hva som tilhører exceptional costs.

Multiplier events

• Spre resultater fra IO

• Nasjonale og internasjonale konferanser, seminarer og andre typer

eventer.

• «Local participants» er deltakere som bor i samme land aktiviteten

finner sted.

• Deltakere fra andre institutter i samme organisasjon regnes ikke som

lokale deltakere, og kan da ikke få støtte.

• «International participants» er tilreisende deltakere fra andre land.

Learning, teaching and training activities

(LTTA)

• Aktiviteter må finne sted i et av partnerlandene, og må inkludere deltakere fra

minst 2 ulike programland. For å få dekket reise og opphold må avstanden

mellom avreise- og ankomststed være minimum 10 km.

• Ulike LTTA aktiviteter med ulike krav om minimumslengde på opphold.

• 2 eksempler: Short-term joint staff har min. 3 dagers varighet, Intensive study

programmes har min. 5 dagers varighet.

• Max 2 reisedager, ved behov, kan registreres i tillegg.

Learning, teaching and training activities

(LTTA)

• LTT generer ulike satser:

• Travel – varierer avhengig av avstand (sjekk EU sin distance calculator)

• Individual support – sats avhengig av land

• Linguistic support – sats beregnet per antall deltakere (over 2 mnd opphold)

Special needs

• Kostnader til tilrettelegging for personer med særlige behov

• 100% av kostnadene vil bli dekket

• Må tas høyde for i søknaden

Exceptional costs

• Beregning av tilskuddsbeløp:

• 75% av faktiske kostnadene for sub-contracting/purchase of goods

• 80% av faktiske kostnadene for dyre reiser, grønne skiftet tar hensyn til alternative

reisemåter enn fly.

• Maksimalt EUR 50 000 per prosjekt

• Berettigede kostnader:

• Innkjøp av tjenester som ikke direkte kan utføres av de involverte i prosjektet.

• Utstyr kan ikke være «vanlig» kontorutstyr eller utstyr som ses på som

Funds for Project Management and Implementation

Funds for 'Project Management and Implementation' are provided to all Strategic Partnerships based on the number of participating organisations and duration of the project. The purpose of these funds is to cover diverse expenses that any project may incur, such as planning, communication between partners, small scale project materials, virtual cooperation, local project activities, promotion, dissemination and other similar activities not covered by other types of funding. A partnership may receive a maximum of 2750 EUR of 'Project Management and Implementation cost' per month

Exceptional Costs for Expensive Travel

If you expect to support participants or accompanying persons for whom the standard travel grant is not sufficient (e.g. due to geographical remoteness, cleaner, lower carbon emission means of transport), you may request a reimbursement of costs based on real cost of travelling.

In this case, the maximum amount that can be requested under this budget category is 80% of the actual travel cost.

The justification for requesting exceptional costs for expensive travel needs to include a short description of the expected itinerary and the reasons why exceptionally high costs are expected. The costs can be consider exceptionally high only if the standard travel grant does not cover at least 70% of the actual travel costs (for more details, please consult the Programme Guide).During project implementation, an exceptional costs travel grant may be replaced by a standard travel grant if the incurred costs are lower than estimated.

Please be aware that you may not combine the standard travel grant and the exceptional costs for expensive travel for the same person. Any single participant or accompanying person may only receive one type of travel grant.
