The Great Singapore Airlines Getaway with Mastercard Promotion Mechanics 1. The Promotion is exclusive to all cardholders of Philippine-issued Mastercard credit, debit and

prepaid cards (“Mastercard cardholders”) who are KrisFlyer members.

2. Mastercard cardholders can purchase and avail of the promotional airline tickets to select routes in Asia, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, and USA. The promotional fares apply on Economy Class, Premium Economy Class and Business Class tickets.

3. To avail of the promotional fares, Mastercard cardholders can book their tickets through singaporeair.com or the SingaporeAir mobile app using promo code FLYSQMC or silkair.com or SilkAir mobile app using promo code SILKAIRMC or through ticketing offices and reservation hotlines of Singapore Airlines Ltd. at +632 7568888 and SilkAir in the Philippines at +6332 5057871 (Cebu), +6382 2275301 (Davao) and +6336 5007226 (Kalibo) and through SIA/MI-accredited travel agents.

4. Promotional fares are valid for travel out of Manila and Cebu, Davao and Kalibo via SilkAir, with sale

period from 7 – 24 September 2017 (both dates inclusive) and travel period 1 October 2017 - 30 June 2018.

5. Qualified customers may purchase discounted flights to Singapore Airlines (SQ) and SilkAir (MI)

destinations, as detailed in Annex A. 6. Advertised all-in fares include the price of the air ticket as well as associated taxes and surcharges,

except Philippine travel tax, correct as of 18 August 2017. 7. Minimum stay of 3 days and maximum stay of 3 months applies after departure from origin. 8. Economy Class promotional fares requires a minimum of two (2) passengers travelling together on

both outbound and inbound journeys.

9. For Premium Economy Class fares, the travel between the Philippines (Manila/Cebu/Davao/Kalibo) and Singapore is on Economy Class while the travel between Singapore and the advertised destination is on Premium Economy Class.

10. The baggage allowance is as follows:

Free baggage allowance of 7kg (Hand carry). Any excess in checked baggage is subject to applicable fees.

Economy Class – no change allowed, strictly non-refundable

Premium Economy Class – change is allowed FOD, refundable at USD150

Business Class– change is allowed at USD150 per transaction, refundable at USD 300 16. Qualified Customers with a transit time of at least five hours in Singapore can enjoy a free Singapore

city tour. 17. Service fees may apply for bookings made through travel agents and SilkAir offices. 18. When promotional fares are combined with regular fares on a half round trip basis, the strictest rules

apply. 19. These Promo fares are eligible for KrisFlyer miles. The Qualified Customer must be a KrisFlyer

member to earn flight miles for his/her travel. 20. Qualified Customers shall ensure that they have the appropriate documentation to
