Educational Value and Scholarships

UW is regularly recognized by notable publications such as Forbes Magazine as being one of the nations best college values. With low tuition and fees, extensive scholarships and federal financial aid, a UW degree is a true reality.

Explore an array of competitive scholarships for qualifying resident and nonresident students, including merit and need-based awards. UW also awards scholarships based on talent, ability and student achievement. Many scholarships have specific deadlines, application or audition requirements.

Marian H. Rochelle Gateway Center

Come explore UW’s new state-of-the-art welcome center, designed to support students throughout their lives. The Marian H. Rochelle Gateway Center will open in late October 2014 and will feature interactive exhibits and displays about the university. This remarkable entrance to UW will be the new home of the UW Foundation, UW Alumni Association, and UW Admissions and will include UW Career Services recruiting rooms. It will be the starting point for campus visits!
