• 1. Understand the main arguments of Machiavelli and how he fits in with the Renaissance.

• 2. Be able to review the main concepts we have studied thus far in this unit.

• Do you think that the ends sometimes justify the means? In what situations?

• Is achieving our goals – if these are good goals -- more important than how we get there?
