Our Products

Do you have a short term HR problem for teaching? We are your top solution. By taking this product, you will be able to have excellent interns for 6-8 weeks for your specific language course. Currently we have been providing native for teaching Japanese, Mandarin, Korean (Hangul), German, French, Portugese, Spanish, Arabic and India (Hindi).

Intern for English teaching also available from AIESEC in India, Singapore, The Phillipines and numbers of countries from Europe.

Native English are available for limited number of interns from AIESEC in USA, Canada, Australia, UK and New Zealand.

Experience Worldwide is not only teaching language, but the interns allows the student to feel the country and understand the cultures and history in fun and exciting ways.

The shortest internship duration is 6 weeks and the longest is 8 weeks.

Having a problem to hire the best local talent? We are giving you a solution to access our pool of international talents for Marketing related backgrounds. Currently we have 3000+ candidates every months from 124 countries for marketing related internship.

Backgrounds : Marketing, Sales, Account Management, Costumer relationship, Costumer and Buyer behaviour, e-commerce,etc.

We are your solution for IT and Engineering talents for specifics skills. Currently our EPs are well skilled in Database Management, Software Development, Network analysis and Design, Web Development and Management. For IT, our country partners are AIESEC in India, China, Taiwan, Brazil, Turkey, germany and Hong Kong.

In Engineering we are providing undergraduate and fresh graduate of Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, and Environmental Engineering.

Our Main country partners are AIESEC in Iceland, Denmark, India, Canada and Japan.

The shortest duration of Internship is 3 months and the longest is 6 months.

Currently education is the most important issue for youth. By taking global teaching program, your employees/students will be equiped with high quality education from international talent on specifics language or courses.

We are covering language teaching for English (conversation, Grammar and/or English business), Mandarin and Japanese. For another subjects, we are providing talents for teaching IT, Science subjects, History (Europe or Asia), arts and sports. The JD will be aligned with the interns backgrounds and we are only selecting the best possible candidates.

Our country partners are AIESEC in India, USA, Germany, Poland, China, Taiwan, Japan, Canada Russia and Turkey.

Visa ProcessingWe sponsor Social Cultural VISA for 60 days (will be extended for 6 month maximum)

Intern’s ArrivalWe will pick up the Intern upon arrival. We also support them in, accommodation, Culture preparation and welcoming party.

We accompany the new intern on their first day of work, we also provide ongoing support and integration with the local community, 24-hour emergency contact, and conduct evaluations with your company and the employee throughout the whole duration of the placement.

PricingAIESEC Indonesia charges companies and not-for-profit organisations an administration fee. This fee is charged at a standard rate and is used to fund our processes related to our talent sourcing.

Not-for-profit*Not-for-profit organisations and charities can engage talents who are paid a stipend instead ofa salary or provided with food, Transportation and accommodation. The minimum stipend for AIESEC volunteers is IDR 2,000,000 (set by the Department of Immigration and Citizenship).

*The total fee will be split into two installments. The initial fee will be invoiced upon signing the contract IDR 2,500,000). The second fee will be invoiced upon selection of the intern by the organisation.

Information Technology

Field: Programming

• Assisting software R&D team on projects around Systems Software or Algorithms.

• Network and computer programming using C++, Java, Python and TCP/IP.

• Problem solving with database related issues.

• Use of UNIX/Linux or windows environments and APIs.

• TCP/IP and network programming.

Field: E-education

• Design e-learning and instructor-led training courses.

• Plan and organise virtual training courses to Alcatel-Lucent’s customers and personnel.

• Update and maintain Alcatel-Lucent University Australia intranet site.

• Prepare handout materials, training aids, assessments and practical exercises.

• Liaise with customers and Alcatel-Lucent staff to ensure that training needs are carried out.

• Work on courseware development based on knowledge of instructional design.

Teaching

Field: Teaching English

• To deliver cross-cultural inputs to the students, sharing experience interactively in English Language. The student age will range around 12-20 years old.

• The intern will create an attractive strategy of teaching and delivering knowledge with another teacher.

• You possibly create your own program for your class (such as outdoor classes, etc), as long as it still match with company's rules.

• The intern will be regularly evaluated together with another employee to resume their progress.

Field: Teaching English

• Planning and preparing lessons (D) before the intern attends the class, she/he has to prepare the materials.

• Encourages the students in all ages to speak English by doing several fun activities such as Games, Sports, Musics and dancing together.

• The intern should be able to promote their home country's cultures and lifestyle to the students. also promote higher education opportunities in intern's home country.

• Supporting marketing activity and promotion. the intern will support the Tn to promoting the Tn's programmes to the public

Engineering Marketing

Field: Electrical Engineering

• Network Engineer / Architect Will be a part of the team that delivers the projects which require assistance or involvement in the technology space like Windows, Storage, UNIX, Imaging, RDP, Active Directories, SharePoint, Tools, VMware, VDI design, etc. High level understanding of the Networking Concepts. VB scripting and knowledge in PowerShell scripting.

• Does the POC/Implementation of the products in the above technology space or new technology which fits in this space. Good troubleshooting skills of OS build and document writing.

• Provisions the Test & development environment by providing necessary infrastructure which is under its technology landscape. Installation/Configuration/ of Windows Server 2003/2008 and Deployment

• Involves in the overall architectural design of an application and contributes to the area which covers under its technology scope. Contributes by giving inputs on Road Maps & Establishing standards.

• The ability to work on projects, including planning and implementing short and long term work plans and successfully completing projects on schedule.Scripting, Automation of Installation (imaging)

Field: Customer service

• Providing customer service to ensure high- quality customer experience.
