Global Talent - Information Technology brings the best-qualified IT talents from o.a. Poland, Romania, Czech Republic and Portugal to your company. The universities of Wroclaw, Cluj-Napoca, Bucharest, Pilsen, Praha and Aveiro have more than 200 IT developers who are available for an internship in your company. AIESEC can connect IT companies in Norway with these talents, who have the relevant skils, background and experience needed to design, build and implement various types of software.

Rubrikk.no was a start-up in 2010 with a great idea of creating software for classifieds. The search engine should connect all ads from different companies to one place and attract customers with the need for one product.Rubrikk.no needed software developers to write the codes needed and program the software, market researchers to discover the needs from the customers and graphic designers to design the webpage.

Rubrikk.no is pleased with the partnership with AIESEC. It is an efficient way to make our company grow financially and expand to the global market. The fast recruitment process was done by AIESEC and the qualified candidates we now have hired fulltime impress us.

With great success the search engine for classifieds is used by millions of users internationally and is currently launched in seven countries, namely the Nordic countries, United Kingdom, South Africa and Romania.

Thanks to their great international network and the support from AIESEC in Norway and AIESEC in Romania the company now has an office in Cluj-Napoca run by a former AIESEC intern. He came for a traineeship in Norway for six months to study the department. After the duration, he went back to Romania and is running the Rubrikk office.

The Norwegian office has sixteen employees from nine different nationalities. Nine of them have been brought in through a Global Talent experience by AIESEC. Currently

four of the six interns are fulltime employed working with software development in higher level. These interns

are effective workers and give great value to the company.

From 2011 to 2014 there have been four interns working in the sales department of the company. The sales of the Qt product has increased rapidly and in November 2014 the company decided to take in another intern for a junior sales position. The latest intern from the summer 2014 is now working as a fulltime sales manager for the Qt product.

Screening and short-listingAIESEC screens the applicants and creates a short list for you. Wealso set up the interview between the candidates and you. Theonly thing left for you to do is to run the interview and select acandidate.7 days for your company to assess applicants after receiving theshort list

Pre-arrival preparationsAIESEC provides the intern with all the necessary information onliving and working in Norway, immigration procedures and settingup accomodation.7 - 14 days depending on timeline of intern and company

Arrival of the intern

Reception activitiesAIESEC organises the pick-up of the intern and makes sure theysettle in. AIESEC will assist in administrative needs (police meeting,bank account, ...) and cultural integration throughout the internship.All of this is covered in a fee of 3500 NOK (excl. VAT) invoiced atwhen they start working for the company.

EvaluationAIESEC will continuously monitor the intern’s progress throughevaluation with both the intern as your company.

MatchingBoth company and intern confirm the match. At this point you willbe invoiced 4000 NOK (excl. VAT) for promotion and short listing.
