Socializing and Entertaining on Illusion V

Illusion V has several areas that can accommodate parties

of various sizes. The upper deck, however, is the premium

destination for those who wish to socialize while traveling

aboard Illusion V. The upper deck has a dining area that can

seat up to 14 people. It also has a full bar and several sofas for

casual entertaining. This area connects to a saloon with more

than enough room for a party. The saloon features a smaller

dining table, a 75-inch television, and deep sofas.

The sun deck also has plenty of features that attract guests. It

has a pebble-lined pool with unique characteristics. Sun pads

surround the pool while providing access to a full bar that keeps

all guests refreshed during warm days. A lower dining area on the

sun deck creates a distinct spot for guests to enjoy each others’

company while sampling foods grilled on the nearby barbecue.

A glass screen can separate these areas so smoke from the

barbecue does not interfere with conversation and relaxation.

Benetti designed Illusion V to exceed the owner’s expectations.

Steel and aluminum construction makes her extremely buoyant

so she can maneuver through shallow waters with ease and

precision. Two Caterpillar engines provide enough power for

her to cruise at 15 knots. When traveling at a slower 12-knot

speed, she has a range of 5,000 nautical miles. That’s an

impressive feat for a yacht with an 800-ton displacement. With

an experienced captain behind her wheel, Illusion V can explore

the world with ease often reserved for smaller, lighter craft.

experience. Surrounded by Illusion V’s beauty, one could easily

slip into a dreamlike state. Illusion V solves this by giving her

guests access to a wealth of impressive amenities that turn her

into a recreational retreat.

Guests who enjoy water sports will want to visit the tender

garage and swimming platform to find a wide range of useful items, including inflatable rafts, wakeboards, water skis, paddleboards, and diving equipment. Thanks to these and other

toys, the ocean becomes a welcoming playground.

The tender and jet skis make it easy for guests to explore nearby

areas. When guests want an adventure, they can visit nearby islands

or travel waterways too narrow or shallow for Illusion V to travel safely.

Guests who just want to take it easy will enjoy an air conditioned

interior. Some outdoor Jacuzzis even have retractable shields that

capture cool air for a comfortable soak at any time of the day or night.

Ship-wide WiFi keeps every guest connected to entertainment

and news from the outside world. iPads located throughout

Illusion V give them control over air conditioning and lighting.

They also give them access to movies, games, and social media.
