Explore the entire campus and discover what it means to be a CMU Chippewa at tour.cmich.edu. 3. APPLY FOR ADMISSION. Applications are evaluated on a rolling basis, but those received by Nov. 15 receive priority consideration for merit scholarships. We recommend applying at the end of your junior year in high school to have the best chance at CMU scholarships. Remember to send us your high school transcripts, and when you take the ACT or SAT, be sure to mark CMU as a top choice so we receive your score. Start your application at apply.cmich.edu. 4. COMPLETE YOUR FAFSA. You can file your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) beginning Jan. 1 at fafsa.ed.gov. Designate CMU as your school of choice to qualify for financial aid. At CMU, you’ll have the support of faculty and staff, and hands-on opportunities both inside and outside the classroom, to help you choose a career path you’re passionate about. Once you decide what direction you want to go, you’ll find nationally acclaimed programs - ranging from health professions and engineering to business and communication - that will prepare you to make a difference in your world.
