GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY FOR INVESTORS TO SET UP SOLAR POWER PROJECTS IN PUNJAB
Objective: Punjab Energy Development Authority hereinafter referred to as PEDA acting through itDirector invites interested Bidders to purchase the RFP document to participate in the bidding processfor the selection of Bidder(s) for procurement of 500 MW solar power for long term purchase of powerfrom Grid Connected Solar PV Power Projects through tariff based competitive bidding process formeeting its Renewable Purchase Obligations. The responsibility of the Successful Bidder(s) shall be tosupply power to the Procurer(s) as per the terms and conditions of the RFP. This RFP is being invited byPEDA under phase-III of Solar PV Power Projects in Punjab.
Bid must be submitted to PEDA on or before 17:00 hours(IST) on or before 28.07.2015 .The techno-commercial bid will be opened at 11.30 hours on 30.07.2015 in presence of such bidders or theirauthorized representatives who would like to attend the bid opening. If it is a public holiday on the lastdate for submission of the Bid, the submission and the receipt of the Bid shall be on the next workingday at the place of submission of Bid. The date of opening of financial bid will be intimated later on.
The Bid submitted by the bidder shall remain valid up to one hundred and eighty (180) days after the BidDeadline (“Bid Validity”).
