WHAT IS 5S?

Sorting• All the unnecessary items

are discarded and disposed off properly.

• In the first picture, the waste material is eliminated for efficient working of the process.

• In the second picture, there is clearly no accumulation of unimportant tools. Everything is in a managed way.
