Yin YoGaYin is quite a simple style of yoga to practice, but this doesn’t mean easy! The physical, mental, spiritual, emotional and energetic benefits of yin come from getting into postures and holding them for time. These are passive holds where you allow gravity to do the work. Your job is to become still and allow the connective tissues (mainly fascia) in your body to open up over time. The best thing you can do for your body is come give it a try. Suitable for almost all levels of students, Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga that emphasize internal heat, and the lengthening and contracting of your muscles.

Children in high-quality early childhood programs have been found to form closer and more secure attachments with care providers, show more positive interactions with peers, have larger vocabularies, and have better pre-reading and pre-math skills.

Looking for childcare can be stressful; CCRR can provide families with a list of potential care providers, resources for parents to become familiar with the different child care choices and advice about choosing quality childcare.

“Care and Early Learning Can Not Be Seperated”

The CCRR encourages and supports all programs for children to raise the standards to achieve quality environments and meet the important needs of children. For more information see Page 28.

This equipment will provide your children with hours of fun and healthy physical development. Check out our Library for more great toys.

A strong predictor of high quality care is caregiver training and belonging to a supportive network. Networking with others who have similar care goals will have a greater, more positive impact than if you work in isolation. The CCRR provides many opportunities for networking, professional development and training.
