Remove contents and lay out flat on the floor. Check that all parts are present.

Gently pre-fold Top and Back Flaps and Garage floor as shown.

Fold Pit Building sides and back and Garage backwall and floor into position as shown.

Fold Garage Front Wall in half and place as shown in building. Fold side flaps into place between the two halves of the wall. NOTE: Do not remove double stick liner now. Wait until everything is done and you are sure you won't need to remove the Front Wall.

Assembly Instructions for Pit Building

Pre-fold Roof as shown

Install Phone Cradle into Pit Building inserting pins into pivot holes as shown. NOTE: Camera side must be to left as you face the front of the building.

Remove protective film from Screen and slide Screen Supports into place. NOTE: Short support goes on side with colored dot (the long side)! And there is NO SUPPORT at the top of the screen.

Insert Screen Pins and Clamps into adjusting slots as shown.

Insert rear and side tabs of Roof panel as shown and push Roof down into place. Do not remove liners from tape squares yet.

Push the Cradle Adjustment Knobs firmly into place on the pins .

Slide completed screen assembly into Screen Clamps as shown. NOTE: Screen will extend about 1/2” above side supports.

Check that Phone Cradle and Screen move freely in the Building then remove tape liner from front tabs and press Window Panel firmly to attach. NOTE: This tape is permanent. If you are not sure if you will want to change the position of the Window Panel, remove only a small part of the liner for now then more later.

Install all decals per Trim Decal Instructions (on next page).

Place Lane Stop into position as shown. DO NOT REMOVE TAPE LINER UNTIL ALL STICKERS ARE INSTALLED!! NOTE: Front edge of Lane Stop should line up with front edge of the Pit Building.

Adjust Screen so that the bottom Screen Support is in the Lane 1 position.

Set up your AFX Racing App per the prompts and place phone in the cradle. Adjust the Cradle to the Lane 1 position.

Tips and Tricks!

Use these decals to enhance the look of your new building.

1a. Wrap this decal around the left unfinished edge of your building. Press down firmly. (Fig. 2) Repeat step for 2b. to finish the right side.

2a. Align this decal on the bottom left, front unfinished edge. (Fig. 3) Then wrap the left and right sides. (Fig. 4) Finish the top edge by folding 90o and wrapping the edges. (Fig. 5)2b. Repeat steps for the right side.

3a. Align this decal on the top left front unfinished edge. (Fig. 6) Then wrap the left and right sides. (Fig. 7)3b. Repeat for the right side.

4a. Align this decal on the middle left front unfinished edge. (Fig. 8) Then wrap the left and right sides. (Fig. 9)4b. Repeat steps for the right.

All of these stickers are extras for you to use as you like.

Go to iTunes or your Apple App store.

Search for: AFX Racing (using two words).

“Get” the AFX Racing Pit Stop Holographic Theater App.

Once loaded, follow the prompts to do your initial setup. Then . . .race!

Set up the Pit Building in an area that avoids glare on the Screen. Glare can make it hard for the camera to see the car and trigger the Pit Stops.

The Pit Stop will not work in the dark or in light that is too low.

You can count laps by using the AFX Digital Lap Counter during the timed Pit Stop race. But the two devices operate separately.

Adjust the Screen slightly to place the feet of the Pit Crew on the ground in front of the car in Lane 1 (lane closest to garage).

Adjust the Phone Cradle slightly to make the Pit Crew stand up straight-er. Moving slightly towards the “Lane 2” position makes it easier for the camera to see and recognize the cars.
