Issues
Health check up has been carried out for only 36% of enrolled children.
Coordination amongst different departments/organizations – DOE, MCDs, NDMC and DCB.
Data entry has not been completed for annual and monthly data in MDM-MIS. (only 68% annual data entry and 60% monthly data entry). Major problem of data entry is in MCD schools.
